Weight Loss Challenges
The Weight Loss Challenge is a course structured in a friendly small group atmosphere. Participants receive education on how to survive in our fast paced society with healthy eating choices, personal support, weekly prizes and cash awards.
The challenges are fun, unique and effective ways to learn how to lose weight. Many participants come back to additional challenges because the atmosphere is so positive and the results are amazing.

One-on-One Program
The Weight Loss Challenge program is a proven effective method to weight loss. Perhaps you cannot fit the weekly group weight loss challenge times into your schedule, or you simply prefer not to attend group sessions.
If that is the case, then our One-on-One program is for you. Direct personal guidance and support from a weight loss specialist is provided.
